Soumitra is a thought leader committed to delivering sustainable health outcomes at scale. He has created and led large scale, high-impact, and innovative public health programs in HIV/AIDS, family planning, RMNCAH, nutrition, tuberculosis, malaria, and water/sanitation/hygiene He also has worked in primary healthcare, using social marketing, social franchising, social behavior change, public-private partnerships, and market-based partnerships. Soumitra has worked in South Asia, South-East Asia, and Anglophone Africa.

Stephanie Landers Silva is an economic growth and agribusiness specialist, bringing more than 10 years of experience in strategic advisory services, partnership development, program design, and project management. Ernest Fletcher is an international development professional with 15 years’ experience in the planning, implementation, and management of education and public health programs. He has a special interest in program design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation and capacity building. He has worked in Ghana and Mozambique and provided remote vector control program implementation support to countries including Senegal, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, and Sierra Leone. He has worked closely with Ministry of Education (Ghana) and Ministry of Health staff in several countries.

Dr. Rebecca Devitt is an international specialist in gender equality, disability, and social inclusion (GEDSI). Dr. Devitt brings 15-plus years of experience in policy development, corporate strategy, and program design and implementation of large-scale, technically complex development programs across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. She has achieved development outcomes by engaging with governments, civil society, research, multilateral, and donor partners. Her expertise extends to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander equality, inclusive governance, and civil society-led reform.

Andrew Clarkwest has more than 18 years of experience in workforce policy and evaluation design. He has held lead management and technical roles in many quantitative and mixed-methods studies, including multi-site random assignment evaluations, quasi-experimental impact evaluations, and descriptive studies. He develops evidence to meet the practical needs of program and policy audiences and makes complex research accessible. He has translated research insights through systematic evidence reviews, technical assistance, and easy-to-consume dissemination products.

Susan Longley has 20 years of experience leading large-scale policy implementation and change management efforts for numerous federal clients such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Named a top healthcare exec to watch in 2023, she has collaborated with key stakeholders to maintain mission-critical initiatives in areas such as health care quality, public reporting, performance measurement, and domestic preparedness. She has implemented growth and diversification strategies across multiple sectors, including health and homeland security.

Laurent Nkera Iyikirenga is a biologist, medical entomologist, teacher, and public health professional with 24 years of experience working in vector control. He has contributed to large-scale projects that include increasing national capacities to collect, analyze, and use entomological data to inform malaria prevention and control programs. He has worked with malaria-control authorities in Rwanda, Burundi, Benin, and Sierra Leone.

Dr. Reerink has more than 25 years of experience in promoting gender equality and social inclusion in international development, with a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region. She is currently leading Abt Global’s equity and localization efforts in Australia’s international technical practice. With degrees in international relations and international development, she has designed and implemented interventions to promote better outcomes for women, girls, and other marginalized groups in international development programs. Her work has included stand-alone equity programs as well as equity mainstreaming, with a strong focus on intersectional approaches.

Rodrigue Fiacre Ahoumènou Agossa is a public health entomologist with more than 12 years of experience in control and elimination of infectious diseases, particularly malaria control programs. His expertise includes project management; research; vector control tools development and evaluation; case management; and health system strengthening. He also has worked on development, consolidation, and popularization of norms, policies, and guidelines for the fight against malaria and neglected tropical diseases. He has collaborated with the Global Fund, World Health Organization, Against Malaria Foundation, and Ministry of Health.
