Kevin O'Reilly
Vice President, Corporate Development
Kevin O’Reilly is Abt’s principal accounting officer and a member of both the Pension and 401(k) Advisory Committees. He oversees financial reporting, global tax compliance, government accounting compliance, retirement services, billing, general accounting, payroll and accounts payable. O’Reilly joined Abt Global from Ropes & Gray, LLP, an $800-million law firm, where he was director of finance. Earlier in his career, O’Reilly spent more than 12 years in progressively more responsible roles at Private Healthcare Systems, Inc. He began as manager of accounting and was vice president and controller before the company was sold. O’Reilly also serves as the chairman of the advisory board at St. Francis Xavier School.

Mauricio Poodts
Vice President, Digital Solutions
Mauricio Poodts is the vice president of Abt’s Information Technology Department. He leads all major IT initiatives, strategies and policies, as well as oversees Abt’s technology infrastructure and services. In a 15-year career at Abt, Poodts has significantly advanced the company’s technology capabilities, leading a major technology transformation and virtually connecting Abt colleagues around the world. At Abt, he has served in a number of positions, including director of IT infrastructure, international IT manager and senior business technologist. His prior experience included private-sector consulting, as well as experience in the energy and construction sectors.

Bradford Lucas
Vice President, Global Projects
Bradford Lucas is an expert in international health and social marketing with more than 20 years of experience leading complex global health projects and managing large teams. His program experience includes malaria and child health, reproductive health, and HIV/AIDS, and he has worked in numerous countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Throughout his career, Lucas has been recognized for his thought leadership and initiative in piloting, scaling up, and replicating new products, services, and approaches; improving processes; and disseminating best practices.

Ricki Jarmon
Vice President, Digital and Data Services
Ricki Jarmon leads the Data Capture & Surveys practice within the Digital & Data Services team. He has more than 30 years of experience in survey research for U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Labor, Food and Nutrition Service, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Social Security Administration, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Administration for Children and Families.

Jessen Carroll is a human resources (HR) professional with more than 20 years of experience overseeing all aspects of HR, organizational communications, governance, and administration functions. She has experience leading organizational integrations and change management efforts. She also has operations management, business analysis, business process improvement, and project management experience. She can balance tactical day-to-day operational needs with a strategic grasp of long-term business objectives.

Kirsten Schroeder
Senior Vice President, Digital and Data Services
Kirsten Schroeder is an executive with more than 15 years of experience in solution delivery, business development, account management, and sales. She has extensive experience leading development and delivery of digital, cloud, cognitive, risk management, and analytical solutions that enable clients to add value to business operations and improve market differentiation and customer satisfaction. She has worked with clients at the federal, state, and local levels to deliver mobile, analytics, Watson/cognitive, and cloud solutions.

Diane Paulsell
Vice President, Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Capability
Diane Paulsell is an applied social scientist with more than 20 years of experience designing, conducting, and overseeing mixed-methods policy-focused research, including national multi-site studies. She has also led rapid cycle learning and program improvement efforts with a variety of human services programs and a foundation-funded research program on family supportive services. Her areas of expertise range from early care and education to parenting, family engagement, youth development and family supportive policies and programs, including nutrition.

St. Clair brings valuable perspectives from his extensive experience driving operational improvements across projects, regions and headquarters teams in the international development field.

Sarah Dunn
Managing Director, Abt Britain
Sarah Dunn, an experienced international developme nt leader, is Managing Director of Abt Britain. She is responsible for driving the UK growth strategy as well as leading and mentoring our UK home office and Program teams to deliver against Abt’s mission. Dunn spent nearly two decades as a senior executive with the Department for International Development (now Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office), where her final role in 2014 was country director for DFID Southern Africa/South Africa. While at DFID, she worked across Africa, the Middle East and Caribbean and held several other executive and strategic advisory positions, including head of trade policy.
